The equipment used for TRX is not something common. This equipment requires a good dose of motivation, but remains accessible to everyone, children and adults alike.
It works on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through targeted exercises. TRX stimulates different muscles in the body that work in synergy to develop strength and stability. A session generally alternates between cardio exercises and muscle strengthening.
