I received the AL-3035 Home Gym a few weeks ago. First of all, I want to say that I am so happy to have found Altas strength. The only thing I would say for the future is maybe update the instructions a bit, ..., but again, this home gym is amazing. It literally has everything you need. The tension of the pulley system is perfect, everything fits together perfectly. No damaged parts, which is very rare, especially for something shipped from Canada to North Carolina. It took me 2 intermittent days to complete it fully. I would 100% recommend this company and this product. Thanks again!
