Hamstrings
Many people have a lot of pain because of tightness in the hamstrings. This is more common for people who work in an office. They therefore have pain in their hips, knees and back.
Doing the following exercise will therefore allow them to relieve their pain.
Upper Back and Shoulders
The Trapezius are muscles that connect the shoulders, neck and upper back. This area can easily become a source of tension and therefore very painful. This can be due to stress, overtraining or simply overexertion.
