Does this machine really allow both movements?
Yes. The machine is designed to easily switch between leg extensions and leg curls, without disassembly: (seated): strengthens the quadriceps
(lying or semi-reclined): targets the hamstrings
A simple adjustment of the lever allows you to switch from one to the other in seconds.
Does it take up a lot of space?
No. It's a compact machine, ideal for home gyms and studios.
Which muscle groups are targeted?
Quadriceps (front of the thigh) with leg extensions. Hamstrings and glutes with leg curls. In addition: hip stabilizers and knee muscles
Is the load easily adjustable?
Yes. The machine is equipped with an integrated weight stack, often 90 to 120 lbs (option to add more), which you adjust by pin.
Some models also allow the load to be doubled by a mechanical ratio.
Is it suitable for beginners as well as advanced athletes?
