L'AL-3130 est équipé d'un régulateur nouvellement développé, situé à la base de la tige de levage des piles de poids, qui permet de passer rapidement et sans effort du ratio 1:1 au ratio 2:1 :

  • 1:1 pour les exercices de force avec charges lourdes — la résistance sélectionnée correspond étroitement à la résistance ressentie
  • 2:1 pour les mouvements rapides à hautes répétitions, avec plus de déplacement du câble et des ajustements plus fins

Un seul appareil pour une multitude d'exercices : tirage vertical (lat pull-down), tirage assis (seated row), flexion des biceps, cable cross, squat libre, câbles hauts et bas, travail du tronc, bras de poussée, et plus encore. Passez du haut au bas du corps sans changer de station.

I received the AL-3130 Home Gym a few weeks ago. First off, I want to say I'm so glad I found Altas strength. The only thing I would say for the future is perhaps update the instructions a bit..., but again, this home gym is amazing. Literally has everything you need. The pulley system tension is perfect, everything goes together perfectly. No damaged parts, which is very rare, especially for shipping from Canada to North Carolina. It took me 2 intermittent work days to fully complete it. I would 100% recommend this company and product. Thanks again!

I bought the AL-3130 and couldn't be happier. It's an exceptional machine that does pretty much everything. The online service was very quick, responding within 20 minutes of my questions. I loved doing business with Altas. The package was prepared, sent, and delivered 10 days faster than expected... what more could you ask for. The only downside was the machine's assembly instructions... I still managed because it's not my first machine I've operated... Ultimately, it was a real pleasure to acquire an Altas product!!!
