Is the SCS bench adjustable?

Yes. The backrest is adjustable to multiple positions (flat, incline, decline) thanks to a robust pin mechanism, allowing for highly versatile training.


Delivered assembled?

No. The bench arrives partially disassembled: you need to attach the legs, tilt the backrest, and insert a few pins. Estimated time: 15 to 25 minutes.


What is the maximum load?

The SCS bench supports up to 450 kg (≈1000 lb) , user + loads. It is therefore suitable for heavy bars and dumbbells without compromise.
