Fixed on a vertical rail, it allows you to perform exercises more appropriately. It is safer. It provides stability and reduces the need to balance the weight, allowing for a more targeted and controlled workout.

This Smith machine includes a capture bar. This is an important safety feature. It allows users to lock the bar at any time during its movement.

Suppose a user loses control of their weight or can no longer lift the bar. They can then rotate the bar to quickly secure it. This reduces the risk when a partner is not available for their safety.
