The AL-3069 is a 3D multi-functional Smith machine built around a military-grade 4mm steel frame. Its 3D guided bar follows the natural arc of your joints (front-back, lateral, and rotation) while remaining secure on fixed rails—ideal for heavy training without a spotter.

  • Aerospace-grade aluminum 3D Smith bar weighing 7 kg (15 lbs)—half the weight of a standard Olympic bar, internal stainless steel axle, diamond knurled grip.
  • Plate loaded (free weights—plates not included).
  • Spring-loaded self-recalling safety hooks and reinforced anti-fall rings.
  • Smooth guidance on 120-ball linear bearings.
  • Multi-grip pull-up handles (wide, narrow, neutral) integrated at the top of the frame.
  • Storage for 50mm Olympic plates on both sides (100 kg capacity each).
  • Anchor point provided for a punching bag.
  • 4mm steel tube frame robotically welded, automotive-grade anti-rust electrostatic powder coat finish.

I received the AL-3069 Home Gym a few weeks ago. First of all, I want to say that I am very happy to have found Altas strength. The only thing I would say for the future is maybe update the instructions a bit, ..., but again, this home gym is amazing. It literally has everything you need. The tension of the pulley system is perfect, everything fits together perfectly. No damaged parts, which is very rare, especially for shipping from Canada to North Carolina. It took me 2 days of intermittent work to complete it entirely. I would 100% recommend this company and this product. Thanks again!
