How to use elastic band levels?
The first two resistances (light): are for both beginners and advanced athletes. Use them for the upper body area or for exercises performed in Pilates classes.
The third resistance (medium): For experienced practitioners and exercises dedicated to the lower body area.
The fourth and fifth resistance (hard): Will be used more often by those used to muscle strengthening. These elastic bands will be used in exercises dedicated to the lower body such as squats.
