Corner steps
Step onto one corner and then the other, alternating feet and returning to the ground each time.
Back lunges
Lower one foot to the bottom of the step and, leaning on the leg on the step, lower yourself.
Go up, go down
Step up on one side, first with one foot, then with the other, before coming back down on the side.
Jump on the step
Step onto the step with one foot and jump to switch feet, similar to a jumping jack but using the step.
T-Step
Step into a T formation: stand up with one foot, bring the other foot to meet it, step back with the first foot and follow with the second foot.
Sunrise and sunset
Come up and swing the back leg in a semicircle from front to back or from back to front before coming down.
Hopscotch
Step up to the center of the step with one foot and jump to change feet, then step down and repeat.
Crossed steps
Step up with one foot, cross the other foot, then step down on the opposite side, alternating sides.
Cross-country skiing
Mimic the movements of cross-country skiing by quickly alternating the step on the step with each foot.
